Overview
Tip: Steep 1g of the cake in 150ml of 95°C water for 30 seconds, then pour into a second cup.

Dong Gua Lin village is near Yi Bang mountain in the Yi Wu mountain area. Like Wa Long It's a remote village and the tea we sourced from there is in the mountains several hours hiking from the main Yi Wu <> Yi Bang road. Tea trees are older raning from 100 to 300 years old growing naturally and un-pruned. Dong Gua Lin teas is a mixed leaf varietal (naturally occuring hydridization). The tea was picked and processed all in early April. The tea brews up a highly aromatic tea soup, golden yellow and thick in the mouth. Taste is smooth and sweet with a distant but noticeable bitterness. A very unique tea from a special place. 250 grams per cake (7 cakes per bamboo leaf tong) Pressed with 30kg stone presses by traditional method! 15 kilograms in total (60 cakes!)
