Overview
Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.

We love pomelos and we love this tea. Living up to its name, this tea delivers all things citrus, in terms of fragrance, sweetness and scent. If you’ve ever been up close and personal with any sort of citrus tree when it’s blooming, then this intoxicating scent is unmistakeable. While this fragrance is predominantly floral, there is a pleasant fruitiness to balance things out, along with a touch bitterness a la citrus zest. This tea is exceptionally crisp, leaving a cooling sensation in the mouth after taking a sip. Aside from gongfu brewing, this tea also performs well when cold-brewed and could even be a strong contender for some sort of cocktail creation. Please note that the 250g size does not include a tin. $0.27-0.37/gram Varietal: Youhuaxiang/柚花香/Pomelo Flower Fragrance Region: Wudong Shan, Guangdong Altitude: 600-800m
