Pai Mu Tan is also known as White Peony. It is a combination of variegated leaves made from unopened tea buds and the two newest leaves. This particular grade of our Pai Mu Tan contains more buds than the average Pai Mu Tan. Light and delicate in flavor with floral blossom aroma. Mellow and sweet. Steeping Suggestion: Use 1.5 tsp/ 8oz cup. Steep 3-5 minutes in 180 °F water
