When you really want to go all out for a formal occasion such as a tea ceremony or when entertaining guests, or when you want to concentrate at an important time or feel invigorated by infusing yourself with the energy that matcha gives you. Firstly, we recommend that you savour the matcha as is, all by itself. Slowly relish its flavour and fragrance. And, of course, the prominent flavour of this matcha goes well with sweet confections, so you’ll be able to enjoy it with your favourite sweets. We prepare it with water at a slightly lower temperature than usual to bring out more of its mellow sweetness and umami. For everyday drinking, we prepare it on the thick side by using a smaller amount of water for a delightful kick like an espresso.
