"Gu Ming Xiang Bing" is a Spring 2015 Gu Ming Xiang production using a blend of Yi Wu mountain material and Bu Lang mountain material. The Yi Wu tea leaves lend this cake a sweet thick grassy and viscous character, and the Bu Lang provides a bitter, smoke and horse sweat character. Blended together they create a textured, complex and harmonious experience. This blend is an excellent candidate for aging. A lovely marriage of Beauty and the Beast! 357 grams per cake June 2015 pressing date
