Overview
Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
A fragrant oolong, and a great daily drinker. Sweet with bright floral notes. It is called Four Seasons of Spring (Si Ji Chun) because it provides bountiful harvests all year long. We still only purchase during the Spring and Winter harvests, because those seasons are optimal for growing good tea.
