This is a classic early Mengku Rongshi ripe production using a Te Ji heavy blend of tea wet piled in 2005 (the cake was pressed 1/1/2006). This is a sweet and herbaceous ripe that has aged gracefully in a Kunming storage condition. The result is an ultra smooth ripe tea with warming cha qi and a pleasant long-lasting mouth-feel.
