Bitterleaf Reserve – Ice Queen 2007 Bingdao Raw Puer

Another of our earliest purchases, this tea represented a big investment for a company that didn’t even have a website yet. We were introduced to this tea by way of an aunt (close family friend) who had done tea all her life. At that stage you have to learn as much as you can from those around you. Part of a private collection, there was only a few tongs left. After a few days of drinking and deliberating, we pulled the trigger. Already quite sweet at the time, this tea has developed into a more mature version, retaining its characteristic sugary sweetness and excellent huigan. Availability: 1 x 357 cake
