The apricot sweetness takes center stage, but the floral quality keeps the show going without stealing the spotlight. The finish is brisk and begs for an encore. This OP1 leaf style tea was produced first week of September 2024 by Sarath Abeyrathna at the Glennanore Estate in the Uva region of Sri Lanka. It’s a two leaf, one bud pick with 74% of the material coming from original seedling plants growing at an altitude of approximately 4,500 feet. We dedicate this tea to Ryan, the Guitar Man at “Ella 360” restaurant in the town of Ella, located in the Uva region of Sri Lanka. He’s the true workingman’s musician, performing nearly every night since 2016, and we were lucky enough to spend a most excellent evening singing along. Ryan, thank you for the memories and we look forward to seeing you again. Ingredients: black tea Steeping Instructions 3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 3 min.
