A new for 2015 production from Menghai Tea Factory (Da Yi Brand). "Sui Yue" means both time and timelessness. It's meant to express continuity flowing around something static. This is meant to the be the ripe counterpart to the "Chu Xin" cake we offer here . The blend is again a tippy ripe blend much like Star of Menghai (勐海之星) or the 0532 blend. There is a creamy texture countered by a betel nut bitter nuttiness. Like "Chu Xin" this is a tea cake worthy of aging, but for those accustomed to drinking young ripe pu-erh, it could be well-enjoyed now or in the near future. 357 grams per cake, 7 cakes per tong (tong is paper) Batch 1501 2015 Pressing Pressed in the Menghai Tea Factory in Menghai County of Xishuangbanna
