Our single cultivar matcha powder, Okumidori, has a a rich and delicately sweet flavour profile. Expect tasting notes of green pea and mango, with a subtle coconut aroma. It has a jade-green appearance, made from slowly grinding tencha leaves from the first harvest of this year with a stone mill. First harvest, single origin, granite ground, made to order. Packaged and shipped directly from a small family tea farm in Wazuka, Kyoto, Japan. Available in airtight sealed ziplocked pouches 25g and 100g.
