Overview
Pairing: mushrooms, braised meats, or dark chocolate

This is a small production made of blended ripe pu-erh tea from the Menghai area. It's modeled after the famous Da Yi 7562 recipe, and does look much like their productions in terms of leaf size. It has a classic Menghai sweetness with a clean earthy character and long lasting taste. Kunming Aged since 2002, this has a crisp clarity to the taste that is pungent and long lasting in the mouth. As mentioned there is a smokiness present, not overpowering but noticeable. There are also some dried fruit essences present as well. 250 Grams per brick (no wrapping originally used, so these will come wrapped in white paper). Some have nei fei, some do not. Region: Menghai (Xishuangbanna) We also offer a another white wrapper 7562 here .
