Man Zhong Qing Village (蛮中青) is a small village west of Jinggu county seat in Simao at an altitude of 1700 meters. The tea material used to create this lovely black tea is from wild arbor tea trees growing naturally. The varietal is large leaf assamica and is often processed into pu-erh tea as well. Pure Large Leaf Assamica varietal tea leaves from wild arbor trees processed with skill makes a fantastic black tea, that can be aged with great results! Just keep sealed and store in a cool place. Fruity, with a light vegetal astringency and a thick full body with long lasting (and returning) sweetness makes this black tea a good choice for those who love complex "chunky" black teas!
