Overview
Pairing: sushi, steamed vegetables, or citrusy salads

The warm, rounded, and playful green tea from Japan and tea leaf stems create a sweet white sesame seed or chestnut cup. The tender quality and texture of this cup are reminiscent of soft white rice. This very well-balanced cup has a very low astringency. Japanese Kukicha Tea brews for 2-3 minutes at 180 F. Use 1 level teaspoon of dry ingredients for a 6-ounce cup and re-steep the same ingredients up to 3 times without compromising flavor or quality. Ingredients: kukicha green tea Origin: Japan Aroma: high-complexity, strong grassiness, marine/oceanic, and sweet hay Flavor: slightly astringent, buttery, marine, grassy, vegetal, herbal, and woodsy Mouthfeel: full-bodied, smooth, velvety, and a slight mineral aftertaste Caffeinated, Green Tea, Japan, Stems, Sesame, Chestnut, Tender, Sweet, Low astringency, Tea
