Clouds & Mist Green Tea

A simple, everyday green tea. A sprightly, light-bodied cup with a sweet vegetal character. We recommend a soft steeping method to bring out pleasant floral qualities and more opportunities to re-steep the leaves. “Yunwu” teas, which translates to “clouds mist”, get their name from the persistent heavy fog at the higher elevations where they grow. This strains the photosynthesis process and gives unique properties to these naturally shaded leaves.
