A redux of our very popular 2012 production. We decided to produce a high quality tea from older tea trees but with the same early spring Yi Wu mountain character. The tea is thick and vibrant, with a strong vegetal and fruit aroma that is quite pungent! This is a blend of old arbor Yi Wu tea from two different areas (no plantation). The blend gives the tea special full and balanced character. This recipe harkens back to the days when Yi Wu villages were rarely differentiated from eachother and tea was blended without regards to location, unintentionally achieving amazing results! 400 grams per cake (7 cakes per bamboo tong) 2015 Spring Material, 2015 Pressing Pressed with Stone Press in the traditional manner
