Sun dried assamica (large leaf varietal) from Yunnan that is usually destined for raw Puer production. Our 2024 Ditch Pike has an herbaceous bent with a minty quality that skips between pine sap sweetness and a mushroom broth. Complex and engaging throughout. Pressed in 2024. Each cake is 200g. The cakes are in bamboo tongs, with five cakes per tong.
