Brew for 3-4 minutes increasing time with each brew. Alternately, one heaping teaspoon of Formosa Assam to 8 oz. of boiling hot water, brew for 3-4 minutes increasing time with each brew. Use a strainer, or if you don't mind a little leaf in your tea feel free to use a fork :)
