A lovely pressing from a small Menghai tea factory. Xiang Ming Tea Factory was founded in 2001 and produces both ripe and raw pu-erh teas from leaves harvested in Ba Da, Gelanghe, Bu Lang, Nan Nuo, and Meng Song areas of Menghai and Jinghong counties. This production is blend of wet piled "ripe" pu-erhs harvested and in 2007 and then pressed in 2008. the tea has been stored in Kunming since 2011 (previously in Menghai), and has a very clean but aged taste. The tea is sweet, fruity, with hints of rose and hardwood. The tea soup is a deep burgundy-brown color and very clear. It's a potent tea with warming cha qi and a long lasting hui gan. 357 Grams per cake Pressing in March 2008 from 2007 material
