Overview
Pairing: shortbread, fresh fruit, or mild cheeses

This garden is managed by Na Dan, one of our uncles. It consistently produces great tasting tea and is also a beautiful place to walk through. Located on Da Ping Zhang plateau, the garden is relatively flat and heavily shaded by the forest cover. Sandy soil and high amounts of organic matter. This tea has a very unique bite: a mix of upfront sweetness, bitterness and astringency. It makes you want to have another sip right away. You get a good lingering fragrance coupled with Huigan, it makes the tasting as interesting after the session as during it. Bitterness and astringency are both medium, it's not the thickest tea you can get in Jingmai but surely one of the most satisfying.
