Available in 2 ounce quantities only. This “Anji Bai Cha” style tea is green and savory, yet light as a feather. The cup character of freshly husked corn and faintly roasted greens is buoyed by a soft cotton texture. Zero astringency. Bucolic, yet refined. Harvested and produced April 9, 2025 by Mr. Xu Yiqang in Daxi Village, Anji County, Zhejiang Province. It’s a one bud, one leaf pick of the Baiye #1 cultivar growing at 2,500 feet.
