Overview
Gyokuro, a centuries-old favorite of Japanese aristocrats, is one of Japan's finest tea offerings, as well as the most famous of Uji's teas. This highly esteemed emerald tea is shade-grown for approximately three weeks, producing an infusion of the beautiful pale green color from which it gets its name after harvest. For the initial infusion, steep with gently heated water and enjoy the exquisite, sweet flavors and aromas of Uji's finest tea.
