Oolong Tea Semi-fermented Oolong from China with a touch of bitterness at first and only a little therein. Often thought to aid in weight loss (we are not doctors so we are unable to verify this) but it has been talked and written about for hundreds of years, so there must be some truth behind it. We would suggest 2 cups a day for 6 weeks to see any difference. Cup Colour: amber. Amount of tea per cup: 1 heaped teaspoon. Brewing time: Use freshly drawn water at 90C ~ 95C for 3 to 4 minutes.
