Designed to boost the immune system, this tea will help to stave off colds and the flu. Caffeine Level: No Caffeine. Country of Origin: Herbs and spices from various countries including the USA and China. Ingredients: Ginger, lemon balm leaves, orange peel, fennel, camomile blossom, yarrow and natural flavours. Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 5-10 minutes.
