The blending of apple pieces, Hibiscus blossoms, rosehip peel, cinnamon, star anise, ginger and cloves give a fruity & spicy flavor reminiscent of Christmas. Brew for 10 - 12 minutes. Water temperature: 100c Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons of tea per litre of water.
