Made of hand-plucked tea buds specifically harvested in the early springtime, it takes over 30,000 buds to produce one kilogram of Silver Needles. Our organic Silver Needles tea is uniquely sourced from Mengku and Menghai broad-leaf tea tree groves in the remote mountains of China’s Yunnan Province. Like old grape vines, ancient tea trees yield complexities not found in other tea cultivars. This tea's sweet, nectar-like flavor and fruity aroma are examples of that varietal expression.
