One will appreciate the mellow taste, high aroma and pleasant lingering aftertaste coming from this first flush harvest. The flavour is balanced and refreshing, no single flavour is overly strong. Instead, the different notes mingle together, creating a flavour reminiscent of a wind blowing through lush greenery in the summertime.
