2012 Yong Zhen "Golden Melon Mini Tuo" Ripe Pu-erh Tea

These little "golden melon" 金瓜 shaped mini tuo are not only delicious but also conveniently wrapped individually! Each one is roughly 7-8 grams and was pressed perfectly (not too tight). The golden melon tuo were pressed in 2012 from 2011 wet piled Yong De (Lincang) area spring harvested tea leaves. The taste is pungent, fruity sweet, and cooling mint. Very high quality leaf was used instead of the more typical fannings often used in mini tuo. A high quality whole leaf tea that is individually wrapped and the perfect size for a single session! 2012 pressing Yong Zhen Brand (Xin Wen Tea Factory of Yong De). 7-8 grams each (sold by weight, which includes the weight of the paper and twist-tie).
