Jasbirey black tea is a second flush tea picked in the Jasbirey village at the foothills of Sandkaphu, welcomed by the winds that blow over Kanchenjunga and through the tea fields. This tea undergoes a long oxidation process which gives it a bold and defined flavor profile with notes of bran, toasted oat, and walnut. As the pale amber-hued tea is enjoyed, notes of cocoa husk and amber caramel develop as the tea cools. It is the perfect afternoon tea to have with a light snack.
