Era of Good Feelings 2024 Spring Simao Organic Black Tea

One of several certified organic additions from spring 2024, this classically processed Dianhong delivers everything we love about this style and then some. This tea comes out very sweet, in a brown sugar kind of way. There are notes a cinnamon and a prominent toasted scent, while the wet leave gives off a slight sweet potato/bean scent. Overall, this tea is quite unique compared to classic Dianhong examples, leaning into roasted qualities, but remaining dynamic.
