Originally intended to be a maocha-only offering, this certified organic Simao raw puer impressed us so much that we had to press it into cakes. For a tea that can easily fit into any budget, it has a lot to offer. The fragrance and soup teeters between savoury and sweet, with an excellent huigan persisting at the end. With notes of fruit and a gentle kuwei (pleasant bitterness), this tea covers an impressive amount of ground.
