Gunpowder tea is a form of Chinese tea in which each leaf has been rolled into a small round pellet giving it a distinctive taste. The name "gunpowder" comes from its resemblance to grains of gunpowder. Brew for 3-5 minutes. Temperature: 100degrees. Use 4 teaspoons per litre of water.
