Hojicha Latte 4g Hojicha Powder60ml Hot Water160ml Creamy Milk (full fat milk or creamy plant based milk) Make a Tea Base: In a small bowl, combine the tea powder with hot water (60°C/140°F) and whisk with a chasen (bamboo whisk) until smooth. Prepare the Glass: Fill a glass with ice cubes and milk. Layer the Latte: Gently pour the tea mixture from Step 1 over the edge of an ice cube so it flows down slowly without directly mixing with the ice below. This helps create a beautiful layered effect.
