Averaging a weighty 9 - 10 grams each, the small compressed disc can be used singly in a large teapot, or cut along the score mark to split into two smaller servings. Try multiple steepings to extend your experience, and be sure to use boiling water. A quick rinse before brewing will help the shape open up, allowing the tea’s full flavor to be expressed.
