We have been working with the Furukawa family for years now, celebrating their pioneering organic production and character-driven single cultivar offerings. In 2025, their teas placed first overall in both the regional Kansai tea fair and the national tea fair—a supreme honor that reflects their stunning production. This specific selection presents a balanced and soft profile with a gentle nutiness and near endless umami.
