Since then, they have spent centuries perfecting the art of Uji tea production. Shunka is a peerless, Koicha Matcha with an exceptional profile and presence on the palate. A distinct dark chocolate note emerges, balanced by a cocoa-like sweetness and a soft, lingering finish.
