This particular grade of our Pai Mu Tan contains more buds than the average Pai Mu Tan. Light and delicate in flavor with floral blossom aroma. Mellow and sweet. Steeping Suggestion: Use 1.5 tsp/ 8oz cup. Steep 3-5 minutes in 180 °F water
