Overview
A delightful black tea for the afternoon from Ceylon. The story of the lady’s leap for love is still told in Nuwara Eliya. The estate which commemorates her still produces an excellent tea. The delicate reddish Pekoe gives a golden cup of tea to all tea lovers, it offers a soft, highly aromatic flavour when brewed and a flowery scent. Brew for 3-5 minutes. Water Temperature: 100 degrees C. Use 4-5 teaspoons per litre of water.
