Overview
We're excited to offer this Tuo-cha (bird's nest) Pu-Erh. Most of the time, we buy full cakes of Pu-Erhs and break them apart when we put them into tins. Please use 1 tuo cha per cup of tea and enjoy how the flavor develops over multiple infusions. This Pu-Erh is a Shou style. Shou (ripe) Pu-Erhh is differentiated from sheng (raw) Pu-Erh in that it is fermented before it is packaged, compressed, and sold for consumption. Pu-Erhs often have a earthy flavor, unlike other teas. Some people love them, but some do not.
