Let’s go on an adventure! For the first time, the Flavorful Team has tea from Rwanda! Nearly 75% of all Rwandan tea comes from small, family-owned farms called Assophte. Assophte is a cooperative that works with small, family-owned farms to bring their tea to market. The Flavorful Team felt a connection to this tea as the Flavorful Farm is a small, 10-acre, family-owned farm. We gladly and excitedly offer this tea to you! This unique green tea has a slight spinach-like aroma that lingers on the palate for some time after tasting the tea. The lovely lime colored cup also showcases the uniqueness of the tea. Organic Rukeri Green Tea should be brewed at 175-190 F for 2-3 minutes. Use a level teaspoon of dry ingredients for a 6-ounce cup and re-steep those ingredients up to 3 times.
