While most pearls boast the first two leaves and the bud, this hand-rolled tea contains the first three leaves and the bud, bringing out a more vegetal note than you might find in most white teas. These pearls are sun-dried (as opposed to steamed or baked), which lends a gentle sweetness to the final brew. Ingredients: White tea Approximately 45mg of caffeine per cup Steeping recommendation: Brew at 175°F or 79.4°C for 2-4 minutes. Use one pearl per 8 oz. of water (two if you like your tea strong) and re-infuse several times.
