Peach Sky Black Tea6 oz. water for preparation6 oz. plain sparkling water1 tsp. simple syrupIceFresh peach slices to garnishDirections:Steep the tea leaves for 4 minutes in 6 oz. boiling water (212F).Pour into a tall glass and mix in the simple syrup.Allow to cool and add the sparkling water.Gently stir and add ice.Garnish with peach slices.
