Compare teas

This is one of our own ancient tea garden, located just above our little cabin. The slopes above the village are heavy, it means the dead leaves are washed away by rain. The result is a low organic matter content, despite the heavy forest cover. The soil is sandy, just like on Da Ping Zhang. This tea has a specific fragrance, it has a light mouthfeel and a relatively high bitterness. This characteristic makes it a worthy addition to our Gulan blend.
