This Rooibos tea has the mild sweetness of candied ginger pieces which combines perfectly with lemon. There is a subtle spiciness, making it an ideal tea for cooler mornings. Brew for 8-10 minutes. Water temperature: 98 Degrees C. Use 4-5 teaspoons of tea per litre of water.
