Traditionally made by scenting breakfast-style black tea leaves with bergamot citrus oil, Earl Grey nowadays is often artificially flavored. Instead, we prefer a natural approach, starting with our own proprietary blend of spring-harvested, East Asian black teas, to which we add whole pieces of dried orange peel.
