Overview
Jade Mountain Honey Black A classic and soft dark tea with a touch of bug bitten honey sweetness, we are happy to bring back a Jade Mountain Black Tea after a couple years of missed harvests. This easy to brew people pleaser of a tea is soft and forgiving on the brew, but still packs a rich flavor profile of red stone fruit, honey and smooth black tea malts. Produced in September of 2024, it also has a matured flavor with its year of aging, making smooth blend of the complex flavors of a bug bitten high mountain black. **The Green Leaf Hoppers don't always make it this high and the spring version of this tea was lacking the bug bitten honey sweetness of this batch. Enjoy it while it lasts and we will try to find some more as it gets made!
