Overview
This tea was formerly called Smoked Lapsang Souchong. The world-famous black tea with a smoky, hearty character. It is smoked in a traditional multi-layered structure built for this purpose. The fuel is knotty pine (including roots) for maximum resin content to give this tea a sharp hint of pine. An adventure for the uninitiated. If you’d like to try a really nice version of this tea, check out our Smokehouse Lapsang Souchong. Ingredients: black tea Steeping Instructions 4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 3 min.
