Add 60β80ml water at 75β80Β°C. Whisk briskly in a βWβ motion for 15β25 seconds until frothy. Stronger Koicha (thick, intense): Sift 3β4g matcha (1Β½β2 tsp). Add 30β40ml water at 70β75Β°C. Whisk slowly until glossy and smooth (less foam). Matcha Latte (hot): Sift 1β2g matcha. Add 30β50ml water at 75β80Β°C and whisk smooth. Top with 200β250ml steamed milk (dairy or oat). Sweeten if you like. Iced Matcha / Iced Latte: Whisk 1β2g matcha with 30β50ml cool or room-temp water until smooth. Pour over ice and top with cold water or 200β250ml cold milk.
