Overview
A very smooth sweet tasting black tea, with a gentle floral honey taste and no astringency or bitterness. Zhangping Shui Xian is the only oolong tea which has traditionally been pressed into a cake, this cake is a modern twist on an old classic by pressing the Shui Xian as a black tea rather than an oolong. Each cake is roughly 6g in weight.
