It’s been a long road back, but we’re very happy to reintroduce this black tea to the lineup. Made from the old tree version of our Plum Beauty raw puer, this tea has acquired organic certification since we last offered it. The initial dry scent off the leaves is creamy and sweet, which translates to a thick and full feeling in the mouth. A pleasant high fragrance is nicely balanced with notes of chocolate and a smooth, roasted quality. A notable huigan leaves behind plenty of sweetness in the mouth and throat, making this tea a step up from your average dianhong black tea. $0.27-0.33/gram Region: Mengsong, Yunnan
